( 3 ) As of 15 September 1945, the last roster of the several headquartcrs of PGC showed at Tehran, in addition to Colonel Anderson and Colonel Woodworth as commanding officer and chief of staff respectively, a staff judge advocate, a chief surgeon, an inspector general, and directors of fiscal, administration, operations, supply, and military railway divisions. Only two other important headquarters existed in the dwindling command. At Khorramshahr, Col. Louis T. Vickers was commanding officer; at Amirabad Post, Maj. Winsor L.
