  • Redesignated 12 May 1944 as the 69th Army Ground Forces Band
  • Inactivated 26 October 1946 at Fort Winfield Scott, California
  • Consolidated 30 September 1972 with the United States Continental Army Band (see ANNEX) and consolidated unit designated as the United States Continental Army Band
  • Redesignated 10 January 2006 as the United States Army Training and Doctrine Command Band
  • ANNEX
  • Constituted 18 October 1945 in the Army of the United States as the 50th Army Ground Forces Band and activated at Fort George G. Meade, Maryland
  • Redesignated 15 May 1947 as the 50th Army Band
  • Allotted 19 December 1952 to the Regular Army
  • Reorganized and redesignated 24 June 1972 as the United States Continental Army Band
