  • Activated 15 January 1943 at Camp Sibert, Alabama
  • Inactivated 23 October 1945 at Camp Patrick Henry, Virginia
  • Redesignated 17 November 1948 as the 375th Chemical Smoke Generator Company and allotted to the Organized Reserve Corps
  • Activated 8 December 1948 at Terre Haute, Indiana
  • Ordered into active military service 19 August 1950 at Terre Haute, Indiana
  • (Organized Reserve Corps redesignated 9 July 1952 as the Army Reserve)
  • Reorganized and redesignated 4 March 1954 as the 375th Chemical Company
  • Released from active military service 26 November 1954 and reverted to reserve status; concurrently location changed to Madison, Indiana
  • Location changed 1 March 1971 to Jefferson Proving Ground, Indiana
  • Inactivated 15 March 1986 at Jefferson Proving Ground, Indiana
  • Activated 16 May 2003 at St. Louis, Missouri
  • Ordered into active military service 23 May 2003-18 September 2003 at home stations; released from active military service 15 May 2004-16 September 2004 and reverted to reserve status
