            Redesignated 22 January 1985 as Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 10th Mountain Division

            Activated 13 February 1985 at Fort Drum, New York

            Reorganized and redesignated 16 September 2004 as Headquarters and Tactical Command Posts, 10th Mountain Division

            Reorganized and redesignated 16 October 2009 as Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion, 10th Mountain Division
