Activated 2 April 1956 at Livingston, Montana

Location changed 1 October 1957 to Three Forks, Montana

Inactivated 1 June 1959 at Three Forks, Montana

Activated 10 January 1968 at Fort Missoula, Montana

Ordered into active military service 18 January 2002 at Fort Missoula, Montana; released from active military service 15 November 2002 and reverted to reserve status

Ordered into active military service 7 July 2003 at Fort Missoula, Montana; released from active military service 5 July 2004 and reverted to reserve status
