Reorganized and redesignated 17 December 1948 as the 370th Engineer Heavy Equipment Company

Inactivated 30 September 1949 at Houston, Texas

Withdrawn 11 September 1950 from the Organized Reserve Corps and allotted to the Regular Army

Activated 1 October 1950 at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri
