Redesignated 4 June 1948 as the 467th Engineer Combat Battalion

Reorganized and redesignated 1 November 1949 as the 467th Engineer Aviation Battalion

Reorganized and redesignated 31 January 1957 as the 467th Engineer Battalion

Inactivated 1 January 1958 at Memphis, Tennessee

Activated 15 November 1971 at Memphis, Tennessee

Location changed 15 January 2004 to Millington, Tennessee

Ordered into active military service 28 September 2004-10 November 2004 at Millington, Tennessee; released from active military service 26 March 2006-8 May 2006 and reverted to reserve status

(Organic elements inactivated 16 September 2008 at Millington, Tennessee; Support Company concurrently constituted and activated)
