            Redesignated 25 August 1952 as the 514th Engineer Carbon Dioxide Generating Detachment and allotted to the Regular Army

            Activated 18 September 1952 at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri

            Reorganized and redesignated 2 October 1953 as the 514th Engineer Detachment

            Inactivated 15 April 1971 in Vietnam

            Activated 1 September 1980 at Fort Stewart, Georgia

            Inactivated 15 July 1988 at Fort Stewart, Georgia

            Activated 16 October 2005 at Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia
