  • Ordered into active military service 15 October 1961 at Houma, Louisiana; released from active military service 4 August 1962 and reverted to reserve status

  • Activated 16 February 2008 at Harrison, Arkansas
  • Ordered into active military service 13 April 2008 at Harrison, Arkansas; released from active military service 17 May 2009 and reverted to reserve status
