Redesignated 16 September 1980 as the 739th Engineer Company

Activated 16 March 1985 at East St. Louis, Illinois

Location changed 1 November 1997 to Granite City, Illinois

Ordered into active military service 21 January 2003 at Granite City, Illinois; released from active military service 6 June 2003 and reverted to reserve status
