Ordered into active military service 4 September 1942 and reorganized at Camp Carson, Colorado
Inactivated 27 October 1945 at Camp Kilmer, New Jersey
(Organized Reserves redesignated 25 March 1948 as the Organized Reserve Corps; redesignated 9 July 1952 as the Army Reserve)
Activated 15 July 1948 at Seattle, Washington
Ordered into active military service 21 November 1990 at Seattle, Washington; released from active military service 21 March 1991 and reverted to reserve status
