  • Redesignated 22 April 1947 as the 325th General Hospital
  • Activated 7 May 1947 at Kansas City, Missouri
  • (Organized Reserves redesignated 25 March 1948 as the Organized Reserve Corps; redesignated 9 July 1952 as the Army Reserve)
  • Location changed 30 January 1984 to Independence, Missouri
  • Reorganized and redesignated 17 September 1993 as the 325th Field Hospital
  • Ordered into active military service 10 July 2000 at Independence, Missouri; released from active military service 9 May 2001 and reverted to reserve status
  • (Element ordered into active military service 1 February 2004 at Independence, Missouri; released from active military service 29 July 2005 and reverted to reserve status)
  • Reorganized and redesignated 1 October 2006 as the 325th Combat Support Hospital
  • Ordered into active military service 20 June 2007 at Independence, Missouri; released from active military service 23 July 2008 and reverted to reserve status
