Redesignated 19 January 1944 as the 402d Medical Collecting Company

Inactivated 8 September 1945 in Italy

Redesignated 28 August 1951 as the 502d Armored Medical Company

Activated 20 October 1951 in Germany

Inactivated 15 August 1964 in Germany

Redesignated 1 October 1993 as the 502d Medical Company and concurrently activated at Fort Hood, Texas
