Reorganized and redesignated 25 June 1955 as Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 302d Communication Reconnaissance Battalion (Companies A and B constituted 19 May 1955; Company A activated 25 June 1955 in Germany)

Redesignated 1 July 1956 as the 302d Army Security Agency Battalion
