                Constituted 4 March 1959 in the Rhode Island Army National Guard as Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment, 103d Replacement Battalion

               Organized and Federally recognized 1 April 1959 at Providence

               Converted, reorganized, and redesignated 18 March 1963 as Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 43d Engineer Group

               Converted, reorganized, and redesignated 1 May 1968 as Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment, 43d Military Police Brigade

               Reorganized and redesignated 1 May 1976 as Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 43d Military Police Brigade

               Location changed 1 March 1989 to Warwick

               Ordered into active Federal service 26 April 2002 at Warwick; released from active Federal service 25 April 2003 and reverted to state control

               Ordered into active Federal service 23 July 2005 at  Warwick; released from active Federal service 4 December 2005 and reverted to state control
