Allotted 12 November 1946 to the Organized Reserves

Activated 20 November 1946 at Canon City, Colorado

(Organized Reserves redesignated 25 March 1948 as the Organized Reserve Corps; redesignated 9 July 1952 as the Army Reserve)

Reorganized and redesignated 1 October 1952 as the 301st Military Police Company

Inactivated 15 January 1972 at Omaha, Nebraska

Activated 1 May 1975 at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico

Location changed 16 September 1980 to Bayamon, Puerto Rico

Ordered into active military service 7 January 1991 at Bayamon, Puerto Rico; released from active military service 22 September 1991 and reverted to reserve status

Location changed 31 March 1994 to Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico

Ordered into active military service 1 October 2001 at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico; released from active military service 30 September 2002 and reverted to reserve status
