Activated 20 October 1947 at Santa Fe, New Mexico

(Organized Reserves redesignated 25 March 1948 as the Organized Reserve Corps; on 9 July 1952 as the Army Reserve)

Inactivated 29 November 1950 at Santa Fe, New Mexico

Activated 16 April 1981 at Fort Worth, Texas

Ordered into active military service 24 June 1996 at Fort Worth, Texas; released from active military service 20 March 1997 and reverted to reserve status
