  • Activated 1 May 1942 at Niantic, Connecticut
  • Inactivated 2 November 1945 at Camp Shanks, New York
  • Redesignated 25 March 1948 as the 368th Military Police Company and allotted to the Organized Reserve Corps
  • Activated 9 April 1948 at Greenville, North Carolina
  • Inactivated 1 September 1951 at Greenville, North Carolina
  • (Organized Reserve Corps redesignated 9 July 1952 as the Army Reserve)
  • Activated 16 April 1980 at the United States Naval Station, Guam
  • Element ordered into active military service 14 January 1991 on Guam; released from active military service 5 May 1991 and reverted to reserve status
  • Ordered into active military service 19 December 2001 on Guam; released from active military service 18 December 2002 and reverted to reserve status
  • Ordered into active military service 2 September 2011 and 11 November 2011 on Guam; released from active military service 5 October 2012 and 14 December 2012 and reverted to reserve status
