Reorganized and redesignated 10 May 1950 as the 591st Military Police Company, Post, Camp, or Station

Reorganized and redesignated 10 June 1954 as the 591st Military Police Company

Inactivated 1 January 1983 at Fort Bliss, Texas

Activated 18 February 2008 at Fort Bliss, Texas
