Reorganized and Federally recognized 5 January 1947 at Arecibo as Company H, 295th Infantry

Reorganized and redesignated 15 February 1959 as Company E, 1st Battle Group, 65th Infantry

Reorganized and redesignated 1 July 1961 as Company E, 1st Battle Group, 295th Infantry

(1st Battle Group, 295th Infantry, assigned 1 May 1963 to the 92d Infantry Brigade)

Reorganized and redesignated 1 May 1964 as Company C, 2d Battalion, 295th Infantry, and relieved from assignment to the 92d Infantry Brigade

Consolidated 31 December 1967 with Company B, 2d Battalion, 295th Infantry (see ANNEX) and consolidated unit converted, reorganized, and redesignated as Company C, 124th Military Police Battalion
