            Reorganized and Federally recognized 23 July 1921 in the Ohio National Guard at Warren as Headquarters Company, 1st Battalion, 145th Infantry, an element of the 37th Division

            Redesignated 1 April 1929 as Company F, 145th Infantry

            Inducted into Federal service 15 October 1940 at Warren

Consolidated 15 February 1968 with Battery D, 2d Automatic Weapons Battalion, 137th Artillery (see ANNEX 1) and consolidated unit converted, reorganized, and redesignated as Company C, 437th Military Police Battalion; concurrently relieved from assignment to the 37th Infantry Division

Reorganized and redesignated 1 February 1972 as the 324th Military Police Company

Location changed 15 March 1983 to Youngstown

Ordered into active Federal service 3 January 1991 at Youngstown; released from active Federal service 7 June 1991 and reverted to state control

Consolidated 28 February 1993 with the 838th Military Police Company (see ANNEX 2) and consolidated unit designated as the 838th Military Police Company

Ordered into active Federal service 8 July 1996 at Youngstown; released from active Federal service 3 April 1997 and reverted to state control
