Reorganized and redesignated 20 June 1943 as the 3110th Ordnance Base Armored Vehicle Maintenance Company

Redesignated 25 March 1947 as the 602d Ordnance Base Armored Vehicle Maintenance Company

Inactivated 6 December 1948 at Red River Arsenal, Texas

Activated 15 March 1950 in Japan

Inactivated 15 November 1951 in Japan

Redesignated 7 February 1967 as the 602d Maintenance Company and allotted to the Regular Army

Activated 25 March 1967 at Fort Hood, Texas
