 Constituted 30 September 1971 in the Virgin Islands Army National Guard as the 662d Military Police Company

Organized and Federally recognized 23 January 1974 on St. Thomas

Converted, reorganized, and redesignated 1 September 1976 as the 662d Field Service Company

Reorganized and redesignated 1 October 1997 as the 610th Quartermaster Company

Ordered into active Federal service 8 September 2005 on St. Thomas

Consolidated 1 October 2005 with the Virgin Islands Army National Guard Signal Support Activity, St. Thomas (organized 1 July 1977 on St. Thomas as Detachment 1, 664th Signal Company), and consolidated unit designated as the 610th Quartermaster Company

Released from active Federal service 6 March 2007 and reverted to Territorial control
