Redesignated 20 October 1959 as Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment, 114th
Signal Battalion, and allotted to the Army Reserve

Activated 26 October 1959 at Greensboro, North Carolina

Reorganized and redesignated 5 January 1966 as Headquarters and Headquarters
Company, 114th Signal Battalion

Inactivated 31 January 1968 at Greensboro, North Carolina

Withdrawn 4 November 2002 from allotment to the Army Reserve and allotted to the
Regular Army

Activated 16 October 2003 at Fort Detrick, Maryland (organic elements concurrently constituted and activated)

Reorganized and redesignated 16 October 2010 as Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment, 114th Signal Battalion (organic elements concurrently inactivated)
