            Inactivated 6 November 1945 at Fort Monmouth, New Jersey

            Redesignated 12 April 1955 as the 267th Signal Company and allotted to the Regular Army

            Activated 10 June 1955 at Fort Riley, Kansas

            Inactivated 15 April 1970 in Vietnam

            Activated 1 July 1974 in Germany

            Inactivated 15 September 1994 in Germany

            Activated 16 October 2011 at Fort Riley, Kansas
