(Organized Reserves redesignated 25 March 1948 as the Organized Reserve Corps; redesignated 9 July 1952 as the Army Reserve)

Reorganized and redesignated 17 December 1948 as Company A, 319th Signal Battalion (remainder of battalion not organized)

Inactivated 16 November 1950 at Tulsa, Oklahoma

Redesignated 17 July 1956 as Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 319th Signal Battalion

Activated 1 August 1956 at Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inactivated 1 April 1959 at Tulsa, Oklahoma

Activated 17 September 1988 at Stockton, California (organic elements concurrently constituted and activated)

(Location of Headquarters changed 15 September 1994 to Sacramento, California; on 10 March 1998 to Rancho Cordova, California; on 15 January 2000 to Sacramento, California)

Ordered into active military service 7 December 2003 at Sacramento, California; released from active military service 3 June 2005 and reverted to reserve status
