Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment, 308th Quartermaster Fumigation and Bath Battalion, reorganized and redesignated 1 November 1943 as Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment, 308th Quartermaster Battalion
Inactivated 25 November 1945 in Austria
Redesignated 14 September 1961 as the 308th Quartermaster Battalion and allotted to the Regular Army (organic elements concurrently constituted)
Activated 25 September 1961 in Germany
Reorganized and redesignated 2 August 1965 as the 308th Supply and Service Battalion
Inactivated 26 July 1971 in Germany
