        Constituted 1 March 1993 in the Iowa Army National Guard as the 334th Support Battalion and assigned to the 34th Infantry Division

        Organized 1 December 1993 from new and existing units with Headquarters at Davenport

        Relieved 1 September 2005 from assignment to the 34th Infantry Division and assigned to the 2d Brigade Combat Team, 34th Infantry Division

        (Location of Headquarters changed 1 September 2009 to Johnston)

        Ordered into active Federal service 8 August 2010 at home stations
