  • Constituted 24 November 1942 in the Army of the United States as Company B, Supply Battalion, 20th Armored Division
  • Activated 15 December 1942 at Fort Knox, Kentucky
  • Relieved 10 September 1943 from assignment to the 20th Armored Division
  • Reorganized and redesignated 15 November 1943 as the 3620th Quartermaster Truck Company
  • Disbanded 1 June 1945 in Germany
  • Reconstituted 1 March 1949 in the Organized Reserve Corps as the 125th Transportation Truck Company
  • Activated 8 July 1949 at Camden, New Jersey
  • Inactivated 31 December 1950 at Camden, New Jersey
  • (Organized Reserve Corps redesignated 9 July 1952 as the Army Reserve)
  • Redesignated 23 October 1989 as the 125th Transportation Company
  • Activated 16 September 1991 at Lexington, Kentucky
  • Ordered into active military service 7 June 2004 at Lexington, Kentucky; released from active military service 3 December 2005 and reerted to reserve status
  • Ordered into active military service 27 October 2012 at Lexington, Kentucky; released from active military service 30 November 2013 and reverted to reserve status
