Redesignated 21 April 1945 as the 141st Transportation Corps Hospital Train Maintenance Detachment

Inactivated 12 November 1945 in Belgium

Redesignated 17 April 1959 as the 141st Transportation Detachment and allotted to the Army Reserve

Activated 1 June 1959 at Meridian, Mississippi

Location changed 10 April 1960 to Atlanta, Georgia; on 19 April 1971 to East Point, Georgia

Inactivated 15 March 1972 at East Point, Georgia

Activated 16 April 1980 at Jamaica, New York

Location changed in 1990 to Fort Totten, New York

Ordered into active military service 10 June 1996 at Fort Totten, New York; released from active military service 28 February 1997 and reverted to reserve status

Inactivated 15 September 2006 at Fort Totten, New York

Activated 16 September 2009 at Dayton, Ohio
