Redesignated 1 April 1942 as Company K, 3d Battalion, 473d Quartermaster Truck Regiment

Ordered into active military service 2 April 1943 at Camp Young, California

Reorganized and redesignated 2 December 1943 as the 3750th Quartermaster Truck Company

Inactivated 15 December 1945 in the Philippine Islands

Converted and redesignated 1 August 1946 as the 3750th Transportation Corps Truck Company

Redesignated 16 May 1947 as the 360th Transportation Amphibious Truck Company

Activated 30 May 1947 at Tampa, Florida

(Organized Reserves redesignated 25 March 1948 as the Organized Reserve Corps; redesignated 9 July 1952 as the Army Reserve)

Inactivated 1 December 1950 at Tampa, Florida
