Redesignated 22 June 1965 as the 380th Transportation Detachment and allotted to the Regular Army

Activated 1 July 1965 at Fort Eustis, Virginia

Inactivated 8 November 1972 in Vietnam

Activated 16 September 1979 at Fort Bragg, North Carolina

Inactivated 15 June 2000 at Fort Bragg, North Carolina

Withdrawn 20 June 2005 from the Regular Army and allotted to the Army Reserve

Activated 17 September 2008 at Riverside, California
