(Organized Reserves redesignated 25 March 1948 as the Organized Reserve Corps; redesignated 9 July 1952 as the Army Reserve)

Reorganized and redesignated 24 February 1950 as Headquarters, Headquarters and Service Company, 462d Transportation Port Battalion

Inactivated 12 July 1950 at Camden, New Jersey

Redesignated 30 August 1955 as Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment, 462d Transportation Battalion

Activated 23 September 1955 at Trenton, New Jersey
