Activated 1 September 1997 on Staten Island, New York

Location changed 16 April 2003 to Daytona Beach, Florida

Ordered into active military service 22 October 2004 at Daytona Beach, Florida; released from active military service 19 April 2006 and reverted to reserve status

Inactivated 15 September 2006 at Daytona Beach, Florida

Activated 16 September 2010 at Cincinnati, Ohio
