           Organized and Federally recognized 1 February 1968 in the Oklahoma Army National Guard at Ardmore as the 1345th Transportation Company

            Ordered into active Federal service 11 December 1990 at Ardmore; released from active Federal service 22 June 1991 and reverted to state control

            Reorganized and redesignated 1 May 1996 as the 1245th Transportation Company

            Ordered into active Federal service in 2003 at Ardmore; released from active Federal service 23 May 2004 and reverted to state control

            Ordered into active Federal service 19 October 2007 at Ardmore; released from active Federal service 24 November 2008 and reverted to state control

HOME STATION: Ardmore (less detachment at Madill)
