Calendar access and alternative downloads
Due to varying network security requirements across federal agencies, military branches, government-furnished equipment (GFE), and virtual private networks (VPNs), some users may be unable to view Google products, including Google Calendar.
If the calendar does not appear, try accessing this page from an approved public network or a non-GFE device when permitted by your organization's information security policies. Do not use public networks or personal devices to access controlled, sensitive, or nonpublic information.
Alternative calendar downloads
Download the current quarter's public events when the interactive calendar cannot be viewed, or add the public event calendar to a compatible calendar application.
- Download Events as Excel (.xlsx) Last updated: August 7, 2026
- Add Calendar to Your Device (.ics)
The iCalendar (.ics) file can be opened or imported by compatible applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, and many mobile calendar apps. Individual events can also be added from the Event Details window.
