This exhibit showcases the women of the Six Triple Eight who were credited with redirecting over seventeen
million pieces of mail and packages in the European Theater of Operation during World War II. Their
dedicated service was credited with increasing postal efficiency and boosting the morale of Soldiers
overseas. The exhibit features twenty-one artifacts, forty-two images, and eleven graphic panels and is in
the museum’s 720 sq ft changing exhibit space.
