1750Z XVIII Airborne Corps FRAGO #45 directs the 82d Airborne Division to assume the theater reserve mission with an anti-armor focus during the period that the 1st Cavalry Division is repositioning for the purpose of training, effective 1200Z on 1 January 1991. The 82d Airborne Division's priority for commitment as theater reserve will be first to USARCENT and second to USMARCENT. USARCENT SUPCOM will provide 120 light trucks within a space of twelve hours if the division is required to move in its role as theater reserve.
