- Reorganized and redesignated 20 July 1944 as Company B, 13th Tank Battalion, an element of the 1st Armored Division
- Converted, reorganized, and redesignated 1 May 1946 as Troop B, 13th Constabulary Squadron, an element of the 10th Constabulary Regiment
- Inactivated 20 September 1947 in Germany and relieved from assignment to the 10th Constabulary Regiment
- Converted and redesignated 27 February 1951 as Company B, 13th Medium Tank Battalion, an element of the 1st Armored Division

- Relieved 5 May 1971 from assignment to the 1st Armored Division and assigned to the 1st Cavalry Division
- Inactivated 23 April 1973 at Fort Hood, Texas, and relieved from assignment to the 1st Cavalry Division
