  • Inactivated 15 November 1993 at Fort Campbell, Kentucky
  • Redesignated 16 June 1995 as Company D, 160th Aviation, and activated in Panama
  • Redesignated 1 October 2005 as Company D, 160th Aviation Regiment
  • Reorganized and redesignated 16 October 2007 as Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 4th Battalion, 160th Aviation Regiment (organic elements concurrently constituted and activated)
