  • Reorganized and redesignated 26 July 1956 as the 443d Civil Affairs and Military Government Company
  • Location changed 1 March 1959 to East Greenwich, Rhode Island
  • Redesignated 20 November 1959 as the 443d Civil Affairs Company
  • Location Changed 1 April 1960 to Warwick, Rhode Island
  • Reorganized and redesignated 16 September 1992 as Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment, 443d Civil Affairs Battalion (organic elements concurrently constituted and activated)
  • (Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment reorganized and redesignated 16 September 2005 as Headquarters and Headquarters Company)
  • (Elements in active military service 2003-2005 for the War on Terrorism)
  • Battalion ordered into active military service 2-27 November 2007 at Warwick, Rhode Island; released from active military service 5-29 December 2008 and reverted to reserve status
  • (Company C ordered into active military service 29 November 2010 at Warwick, Rhode Island; released from active military service 2 January 2012 and reverted to reserve status)
  • (Company B ordered into active military service 12 April 2011 at Warwick, Rhode Island; released from active military service 15 May 2012 and reverted to reserve status)
  • Location changed 16 June 2011 to Newport, Rhode Island
  • (Detachment and Company A ordered into active military service 6-23 July 2013 at Newport, Rhode Island; released from active military service 9-26 August 2014 and reverted to reserve status)
