Converted and redesignated 25 June 1948 as the 4th Replacement Company, an element of the 4th Infantry Division

Activated 6 July 1948 at Fort Ord, California

Reorganized and redesignated 1 April 1957 as the 4th Administration Company

Reorganized and redesignated 21 November 1972 as the 4th Adjutant General Company

Inactivated 15 September 1985 at Fort Carson, Colorado

Redesignated 16 December 2004 as Special Troops Battalion, 4th Infantry Division, and activated at Fort Hood, Texas
