    • Redesignated 29 April 1947 as the 19th Engineer Combat Battalion
    • Activated 9 July 1952 at Fort George G. Meade, Maryland
    • Redesignated 19 June 1953 as the 19th Engineer Battalion
    • Inactivated 15 December 1970 at Fort Lewis, Washington
    • Activated 21 December 1975 at Fort Knox, Kentucky
    • Inactivated 15 September 1997 at Fort Knox, Kentucky
    • Activated 16 October 2005 at Fort Knox, Kentucky
