  • Reorganized and redesignated 12 March 1945 as the 3182d Engineer Petroleum Distribution Company
  • Inactivated 30 May 1947 on Okinawa
  • Redesignated 2 January 1948 as the 299th Engineer Petroleum Distribution Company
  • Activated 14 January 1948 at Martinsburg, West Virginia
  • (Organized Reserves redesignated 25 March 1948 as the Organized Reserve Corps; redesignated 9 July 1952 as the Army Reserve)
  • Inactivated 9 August 1950 at Martinsburg, West Virginia
  • Redesignated 16 July 1985 as the 299th Engineer Company and activated at Fort Belvoir, Virginia
  • Ordered into active military service 1 November 2002 at Fort Belvoir, Virginia; released from active military service 31 October 2003 and reverted to reserve status
  • Ordered into active military service 25 June 2010 at Fort Belvoir, Virginia; released from active military service 29 July 2011 and reverted to reserve status
