  • Reorganized and redesignated 26 November 1943 as the 1501st Engineer Water Supply Company
  • Inactivated 15 November 1945 at Fort Bragg, North Carolina
  • Redesignated 5 February 1947 as the 424th Engineer Water Supply Company
  • Activated 12 March 1947 at Boston, Massachusetts
  • (Organized Reserves redesignated 25 March 1948 as the Organized Reserve Corps; redesignated 9 July 1952 as the Army Reserve)
