Inactivated 8 March 1946 at Camp Kilmer, New Jersey

Redesignated 12 March 1951 as the 687th Engineer Water Supply Company and allotted to the Regular Army

Activated 1 April 1951 at Fort Lewis, Washington

Reorganized and redesignated 20 October 1953 as the 687th Engineer Company

Inactivated 22 December 1958 in France

Activated 1 January 1969 in Vietnam

Inactivated 10 December 1970 in Vietnam

Activated 16 February 2010 at Fort Polk, Louisiana
