  • Constituted 1 September 1955 in the Arkansas Army National Guard as Battery A, 327th Antiaircraft Artillery Battalion
  • Organized and Federally recognized 22 September 1955 at Jonesboro
  • Ordered into active Federal service 24 September 1957 at Jonesboro; released from active Federal service 23 October 1957 and reverted to state control
  • Consolidated 1 June 1959 with Battery D, 327th Antiaircraft Artillery Battalion (organized and Federally recognized 13 October 1955 at Jonesboro), and consolidated unit converted, reorganized, and redesignated as Company A, 875th Engineer Battalion
  • Ordered into active Federal service 27 March 2003 at Jonesboro; released from active Federal service 25 March 2004 and reverted to state control
  • Ordered into active Federal service 19 July 2006 at Jonesboro
  • Reorganized and redesignated 1 September 2006 as the 1036th Engineer Company
  • Released from active Federal service 14 January 2008 and reverted to state control
  • Ordered into active Federal service 7 November 2009 at Jonesboro; released from active Federal service 11 December 2010 and reverted to state control
