  • Redesignated 24 November 1967 as the 395th Finance Section
  • Activated 10 January 1968 at Salt Lake City, Utah
  • Reorganized and redesignated 16 November 1988 as the 395th Finance Support Unit
  • Reorganized and redesignated 17 September 1993 as Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment, 395th Finance Battalion (organic elements concurrently constituted and activated)
  • (Battalion elements ordered into active military service 7 December 2003 at Salt Lake City, Utah; released from active military service 3 June 2005 and reverted to reserve status)
  • Battalion ordered into active military service 7 July-12 August 2006 at Salt Lake City, Utah; released from active military service 2 January-7 February 2008 and reverted to reserve status
  • Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment, 395th Finance Battalion reorganized and redesignated 17 September 2008 as the 395th Finance Company (organic elements concurrently inactivated)
