• Organized and Federally recognized 1 May 1959 in the Connecticut Army National Guard at Hartford as the 43d Administration Company and assigned to the 43d Infantry Division
• Converted and redesignated 1 May 1963 as the 141st Medical Company and relieved from assignment to the 43d Infantry Division
• Consolidated 1 October 1964 with the 2d Platoon, 142d Medical Company (organized and Federally recognized 6 May 1963 at Hartford), and consolidated unit designated as the 141st Medical Company
• Location changed 1 April 1988 to New Britain
• Ordered into active Federal service 25 October 2004 at New Britain; released from active Federal service 22 April 2006 and reverted to state control
• Location changed 30 September 2011 to Middletown
