  • Inactivated 24 November 1945 at Camp Patrick Henry, Virginia
  • Activated 18 June 1947 at Kansas City, Kansas
  • (Organized Reserves redesignated 25 March 1948 as the Organized Reserve Corps)
  • Location changed 19 April 1948 to Great Bend, Kansas
  • Inactivated 19 September 1950 at Great Bend, Kansas
  • (Organized Reserve Corps redesignated 9 July 1952 as the Army Reserve)
  • Redesignated 16 June 1980 as the 469th Medical Company and activated at Wichita, Kansas
  • Ordered into active military service 14 August 2011 at Wichita, Kansas; released from active military service 16 September 2012 and reverted to reserve status
